Nekter Juice Bar - Scottsdale

Customer service was great. I always have a problem with the app. It never works well. It usually tries to make me reinstall. And I still don't know how many points I have. I should have several hundred. Please help me with this. Thank you

Quality is s good and consistent. Staff really friendly. Issue with using buy one get one half of f on the app. Was unable to redeem. Product price high which only limits how often purchase is made.

Quality of food and “speed” of service are excellent. However the staff are less than friendly. They seem to be very unhappy. Today for instance when I arrived the attendant asked my name for pickup , returned to the back, grabbed my order and came back out with my Açaí bowl, set it on the counter with no lid and walked away. No thank you, no questions about anything else I may have needed. I had this same exact experience 2 weeks ago. Difference that time was, when I arrived no one was out front. I waited a few minutes then called to the back where I saw two people seated. Working their way to the front with a less than enthusiastic demeanor, my experience was identical to what I described above but with more of a dismissive and almost hostile demeanor. We will continue to come to this location due to the quality of food and the convenience of the location but if we continue to be met with poor attitudes, there are other locations that we will try. Hope this is helpful and useful information and appreciate the opportunity to provide candid feedback.

Every time I go in, no one greets you at the counter. People are working in the back, and someone is always juicing, but no one acknowledges customers until you yell out or are lucky to catch someone’s eye. Maybe one more employee per shift? Hire an extrovert?

Great experience by ordering ahead. At times, the wait can get long while one's order is being made.
