I use this restaurant on Door Dash. I’ve ordered from this location dozens and dozens of times, and my order is often made incorrectly. Their accuracy is about 60%. From missing ingredients to added and unwanted ingredients, the order often disappoints. When I call, they’ll apologize, but there really is no recourse, and Door Dash will refund about $4 on a $15 açaí bowl. The only reason I go back is because it’s the closest location and Nekter has great açaí overall. If you have the option, go elsewhere!

Today was fast as I did an app order ahead of time. Often there are only two employees, and three are needed. One to take orders and two in back to help process the orders. At times the wait to get a bowl once placed can be 10 minutes. A bit long for a bowl or smoothie. But the employees are always nice, they just can’t keep up with that amount of orders and not enough workers to support demand.

Quality of food and “speed” of service are excellent. However the staff are less than friendly. They seem to be very unhappy. Today for instance when I arrived the attendant asked my name for pickup , returned to the back, grabbed my order and came back out with my Açaí bowl, set it on the counter with no lid and walked away. No thank you, no questions about anything else I may have needed. I had this same exact experience 2 weeks ago. Difference that time was, when I arrived no one was out front. I waited a few minutes then called to the back where I saw two people seated. Working their way to the front with a less than enthusiastic demeanor, my experience was identical to what I described above but with more of a dismissive and almost hostile demeanor. We will continue to come to this location due to the quality of food and the convenience of the location but if we continue to be met with poor attitudes, there are other locations that we will try. Everyone was so nice and my acai bowl tasted great. Even though it wasn't ready when I got there, they quickly made it for me.

The bowls are usually good and consistent. The workers are not very friendly here. Almost feels like you're an inconvenience. The wait time was extremely long. I ordered online while still driving there, and we still had to wait 10 minutes. They had several people working as well. Every time I come to this location, the girls are just rude.

Order was done right. However sometimes it often feels as if you are understaffed, which leads to wait times to order and get the bowls.

That location of nekter has always been really, really good. They’re fast. They make good açai bowls and smoothies, and I’ve been going for over three years.

My acai bowl was prepared nicely, with fresh toppings, and a nice amount of peanut butter on top. But the acai blend was a little flavorless.

This location makes the best bowls and smoothies. My husband likes the Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie from Hilton Village spot, anytime he tries it at another location it's usually more watery and not as good. I love the almond butter bowl that I can order online :-)

Service was great, bowl was not good at all but my toxin flush drink was great !

Every time I order bowls to go from this location they forget half the toppings/ingredients. The last 3 orders I’ve placed at this location, this has happened. Order in or check your orders. Will not be ordering mobile from here again.

We placed an order of 27 smoothies and bowls and the girls were efficient and quick and most of all friendly!!! Our medical office will definitely place more orders in the future!
