The acai bowl was very liquid like and it does not taste good. Took awhile to make with ordering ahead.

Anytime I order a smoothie bowl that doesn’t have banana mixed in, there have been several times that it comes back extremely watery and other times it’s the perfect thickness. It’s rarely consistent. Same issue has happened at of Nekter locations.

Experience was good however I believe they forgot a component of my bowl, there was no peanut butter drizzle. Definitely changed the flavor profile

I love being able to order through the app and it’s ready within minutes of our arrival. Great service today, and yummy acia bowl here at the Hilton Village location. We also enjoyed having a cool and pleasant place to sit while devouring our bowl.

It's a corporate chain, however for the most part good customer service. Good smoothies and acai bowls, healthier option for eating out.

Almost every order I place on a Sunday I do not receive the same quality I am used to from your store. My açaí bowls are filled to below the nektar logo and they are never blended through, frozen chunks and unblended kale with my greenie up add on. I have written you before about it and never been contacted.
