I had a really great experience, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The woman helping me got me a carrier for my acai bowl and juice and made sure I had a spoon, straw and some napkins. She was great, unfortunately I do not remember her name.

I ordered 2 peanut butter bowls online. They didn't have any peanut butter in them. It asked for boost or protein and I checked no because I didn't want extra added . Maybe the person making it thought I didn't want the normal peanut butter that comes in the peanut butter bowl. If so the app is confusing.

It was great and I love this location. However my bowl was made incorrectly as I asked for Granola on the side and it came on the bowl and there was no side of granola in the bag. I will still return weekly if I can.

I’m a regular here . It has always been an amazing experience for me until last week when I ordered a dragon mango fruit bowl and the quantity that was in the bowl was shocking. It wasn’t even half the bowl. Hoping this won’t happen again!

Unfortunately would echo the other reviews about the Acai not being super fresh. It was ready within 1 min of my order (ordinarily a good sign right? not here). Reason it was ready so fast is that it was a fast-food style Acai bowl - acai itself was scooped from a preblended container, fruit was from a bag (and had that sweet, syrupy condensate - apparently frozen?) and boom - an acai bowl faster than you can make french fries! Do better please, especially if you're charging a premium.

The açaí isn’t so pure, it is mixed with too much banana, it used to be better..

My bowl was promptly prepared to my specifications and was so tasty.

My only comment is that the pb bowl was not thoroughly mixed. Chunks of peanut butter.

My order was wrong. I ordered no blueberries on one bowl but fortunately even though they still put blueberries.l in it we were able to still enjoy it.

I ordered ahead of time and arrived 25 minutes after I placed my order. Your associate told me that they hadn't received the order yet. I said that was odd since I placed it 25 minutes ago and showed her the order on my phone. She asked my last name, I told her and spelled it out for her, twice. She said they didn't have it and I would have to wait for them to receive it. Again, I showed her on the phone, but she again said that I would have to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting and watching people walk in and out, I walked up again and asked again. Your associate said that they still had not received the order. I said that was impossible since I placed it 45 minutes prior. I showed her again on my phone. I said it was for 6 bowls. She immediately said, oh, that one, we've had that one, walked to the refrigerator and took it out. It was there the entire time. Unbelievable. I couldn't have given her more information than I did.

Great experience! Order was ready before it was due and I was able to pick up my smoothie bowl early. Always have a great experience at this location

I love Nekter so much! My only suggestion is that I think the açaí bowls could be blended a tad bit longer to get that creamy consistency! Sometimes whole blueberries get stuck at the bottom. But nevertheless, thank you Hilton Village for the quick service always and AMAZING bowls. I am addicted!

I was so sad I thought I left behind the drink I ordered with my bowls. I was in the highway and so mad at myself. But then I reached into my bag and it was in the bag!! I was so happy! Thank you!!
