I was charged for two açaí bowls. I only received one. I was putting in my new cc and it ordered. I called and left a message to cancel and there was only one there with my name. The girl told him she cancelled it but we still got charged.

I am not a AZ local, but do find myself visiting a few times a year… and learned about this place through family. It has been my go to place for smoothies and power bowls… because of their great food, great service and convenient location. I highly recommend it. That said, the trigger for this review was not just the great food and service I had always experienced here. I am writing this review primarily because of the random act of kindness their GM (Katt Cawthon) showed me yesterday. She could tell I had had a traumatic day, and she went out of her way to show kindness and gave my abysmal day a spark, put a smile on my face and warmed my heart. Thank you Katt :) I’ll be sure to pass it along!

Our bowls were not made with the right ingredients, and were not very cold when we picked them up. It is not nearly as good as it was originally, with more fruit, and more in the bowl in general. I am not sure we will continue to eat here quite as often. It is still good, and obviously good for you, it is just no deal anymore.

It was great. My bowl was made perfectly! I also loved that I was able to grab my bowl from the little Fridge they have with online orders, rather than having to wait for them to grab it for me. Will definitely be back.

Bowl was ready asap, so awesome. Employee was very nice. I asked for pb drizzle but received a thick layer which overpowered the taste of bowl. I also asked for no granola, and therefore bowl was filled only half way up, so was a bit sad. But I get it.. Just a little inconsistent each time i go to that location, bit employees are always pleasant and friendly!

Something wasn’t right with our bowls. We ordered 3 of them and 2 of them didn’t taste as good as normal.

Bowl was ‘slushy’ if that makes sense. Also, not a fan of the build your own thing. The old bowls were better than anything I could come up with.

The consistency of the greenie continues to vary greatly. As someone who had many of them today's was barely drinkable. If it's ingredients causing the issue a on occasional taste test may be warranted. Bowls are pretty uniform but greenie varies greatly time to time and location to location.

The bowl really tasted great except for a few pieces of the fruit. There were some brown apple pieces as if they had been sitting out too long and then there was some of the stringy part from the banana. Kinda gross

No one greeted me. My bowl were not in a bag. They were delicious and well made.

Bowls are consistently amazing! Usually go to the hilton village location. Marty is the best!

Jamba Juice has more selection of smoothies. Açaí bowls seemed to be watered down compared to the açaí bowl place in south Scottsdale. They wanted 1.50 for 1 oz of granola.

I ordered a bowl with extra peanut butter in the bowl and did not receive it. Paid extra for it.
