Service is horrific! Nobody even acknowledges you when you come in the store. They try to get you to tip $5, which is ridiculous. It is apparent the girls here could care less about their jobs!!

The bowls are usually good and consistent. The workers are not very friendly here. Almost feels like you're an inconvenience. The wait time was extremely long. I ordered online while still driving there, and we still had to wait 10 minutes. They had several people working as well. Every time I come to this location, the girls are just rude.

Food was delicious as usual, but the store was not staffed well enough. Two employees were working and both had to be in the back making things because it was busy. I was picking up a mobile order and had to wait 10 minutes to even ask for it because the employees were so busy. There should be at least 3 people on the floor.
