Overall it was a good experience. My only complaint was the order wasn’t ready when I arrived. I had to wait to wait 15 minutes past the quoted time.

My order was a mobile order so I would have expected the order to be in the door with a lid upon arrival but mine was on the counter. I ordered side of granola but didn’t receive it. It’s never really the best service but I still go once a week probably.

I always love going to Nékter. The Hilton locatuon is amazing! I did email thought on Monday, there was a $6 promo deal that was good for Monday only; I received the email at 9pm, not sure if it was sent out at the wrong time or what. I actually ordered through the app Monday morning but I looked for deals before I ordered and the $6 deal was not on there. Could I possibly get the difference back?

This location makes the best bowls and smoothies. My husband likes the Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie from Hilton Village spot, anytime he tries it at another location it's usually more watery and not as good. I love the almond butter bowl that I can order online :-)
