The Hilton store is so convenient, and I love the product, but once again my order was not right. I realize they would redo it if I came back, but that is not the point. This has happened multiple times. They left out the chia vanilla pudding that I added on my order. Someone needs to speak to the employees at this store. I’m pretty sick of getting my order wrong, and not getting what I’m paying for.

My smoothie was thin and watery tasting. Also the protein powder was in clumps. This isn’t the first time I’ve received sub par quality from the Hilton Nekter. I live close by and enjoy the product when made properly, but I’m frustrated with paying for poor quality when someone isn’t doing their job properly.
