Anytime I order a smoothie bowl that doesn’t have banana mixed in, there have been several times that it comes back extremely watery and other times it’s the perfect thickness. It’s rarely consistent. Same issue has happened at of Nekter locations.

It was easy to order online and pick-up in the store. I didn’t see the amount of protein in the shake online so I asked a women at the register. She was friendly and helpful.
