The speed was fine. The problem is my father-in-law asked for some suggestions about what he should order and the guy behind the counter just acted like he flat out didn't care.

This is NOT the staff’s fault, but you are very understaffed on weekends. I ordered online to be ready at 10:00am, I waited an additional 40 minutes before my order was ready. You should turn off online ordering during busy times if you don’t have the staff to handle the volume.
