Like others have posted this is not a good Nekter... stay away!
Wait time was long and my bowl was a little over half full and missing fruit/only 1 strawberry... lol?!?! Moreover, they had spilled acai all over the lid. Funny part is they had 4 people working and they weren't that busy?
Find another Nekter location!

Staff makes drinks correctly. I’ve been to other Nekter facilities where drinks are watered down or missing N ingredient/too much of 1 ingredient.

I ordered a 2 day cleanse, and while the location and customer service rep, Alex were able to address my concerns, and Alex was very professional and nice, and despite not getting back to me the 1st day in a timely manner, he did amazing with his follow up, and due to his excellent customer service I can overlook the time it took to get back to me at first. I usually love Nektar and cannot say enough good about it, but this year, I have had a few not so great experiences, which cannot be overlooked. This was my 3rd or 4th bad experience this year, and previously I had 0 (in 5 years or longer). It is a shame to see this place go down hill, as I loved this place. I usually order an Acai bowl but I no longer do that because it has no flavor at all, and I have tried it from multiple locations thinking it was due to the location. I love the cleanse but some of the drinks in it have changed for the worse. I found it gives me heartburn, should a cleanse do that? I usually do your cleanse 2x or more a year since it came out, but this will be my last time. on a good note the watermelon sorbet is awesome and has great flavor.
