A lot of items I paid extra for were forgotten, and it took almost 30 minutes after I ordered to get my food. I ordered a peanut butter and jelly bowl and there was no peanut butter and they did not include the extra granola I ordered. I asked it they included it and they said yes but it was not there.

I have a problem, you offered a $5 smoothie as part of the promotion and when I tried to order the AB Healthnut, they wanted to charge me $5.85 instead of $5 but it didn't say anywhere that I would be charged extra for certain smoothies

I ordered online 20 minutes ago and the store did not make my item. Then they tried to tell me I did not pay for it. After I showed them the receipt, they began to make my item without the additions I paid for. There is a COMPLETE lack of professionalism and customer service. Figure out how to do business!
