The wait here is atrocious. Read the other reviews. They are true. Every time takes 20+ minutes for a bowl and a smoothie. Stand around and contemplate making them or going to the back. Recently placed an order for a couple bowls and 4 juices. Told me it would take at least an hour. .... wth. Get it together already or get people who have some sense of urgency, please.

I didn’t have a good experience today. My order was supposed to be ready at 9am, I came at 11am and it was not ready. My detox set was not put together and they were scrambling to gather the bottles. One bottle (healing green) was not available so I had to substitute it with something else. The bottles weren’t labeled with the order on how they were supposed to be taken (in the past, the bottles were always labeled), there was no instructions in the bag. They were totally unprepared though I came 2 hours after my scheduled pickup. They initially told me that my order was begin prepared right then, when I said it was supposed to be ready 2 hours ago, they checked their fridge again and found my drink orders sitting there but my detox cleanse package was not prepared. I don’t think I will go back to this location in the future.

i love nektar, and it was great this time the watermelon sorbet is so tasty, and the staff as always is friendly and nice.

Super convenient. Placed a mobile order as I was driving toward the store, and five minutes after placing the order, it was ready!

Everyone is friendly and attentive.

Exceptional! I walked in the gentleman working right away acknowledged me. Stopped what he was doing to assist me. I was in and out in less than 5 mins!

I used to come to this location all the time in high school a few years ago. I recently moved back home and have visited this location three times. Each time, I have to wait 15 minutes for my small smoothie to be made. They are somehow always short staffed even when I see 3-4 workers in the back.. Today, I made my own smoothie, waited for 15 minutes, and my smoothie wasn't blended properly. There's chunks of fruit in my smoothie and after paying $10 for a small smoothie I don't want to drink it chunky. If it wasn't going to be blended properly I might as well have gone to the store, blended the same ingredients, and made a better smoothie than what I got today. Thoroughly disappointed and will not return.
