Great! I would love the option to add cacao nibs when ordering online. I know we can order in the store, but on-line, there's no option. Other than that, it was a great experience.

It took 40 mins for my online order to be fulfilled and the employees were not apologetic. The store was not busy enough to have to wait this long. I’ve been to multiple Nekter stores and never had an issue except for this location.

the rudest people ive ever come across. MONICA was HORRIBLE. I walked in at 5:58 and she refused me service claiming they were closed. I showed her the time and she said it says 6 on their clock and told me to leave. Actually beyond horrible service. Fire immediately!
