Placed an order through the app. Made the mistake a placing the order at the wrong location which is my mistake. There was a button to cancel the order. After clicking it, I get a message to call the store and a number is provided. I called multiple times and no one picked up. Therefore, the customer service experience is a fail for me.

My issue with this location is even if I walk in at the time it says my order is ready it’s still another 5-10 minutes and they always seem surprised about my order like they didn’t know about it. I am a busy mom and usually popping in to grab my smoothie while my kids are asleep and having to wait longer even after the estimated pick up time is a bit frustrating.

Well, i have no idea why I don’t quite going to your branch, today again like most of the time i was there to pick up my order that i did online , they didn’t even see my order which is I did it about 25 minutes ahead , they are not organized and management really weak over there.
