Ordered in advance for pick up and arrived to a long line. Was told it wasn’t ready and overheard another gentleman it’d be a 15 minute wait at least for his order. Yikes

Made online order at 9:07am, pickup time at 9:22am, went into store and only 2 people waiting and 2 working, but order not ready until 9:37am. Appeared that only the brown hair female staff was fulfilling the orders for everyone where the dark blonde female staff was in the back and walking around not doing much. Not sure if they have separate roles, but took unreasonable amount of time and the store was not busy.
