I like Nekter and majority of the time the service is good. However, it appears that the pricing has gone up. So I only order when there is a specials or discounts.

The PB bowl looked sad and unappetizing. It is similar to the chunky strawberry bowl from Jamba Juice and which looks much more appetizing with fresher appearing and more abundant fruit for less money. The PB bowl was runny and the fruit was less and appeared unappetizing for more money. I order a few juices and asked for a drink carrier and was just given the drink carrier for me to load the juices myself. Would have thought that as "good" customer service, you would put the drinks in the carrier.

I call ahead to order as I'm often racing to grab Nekter and get back to work on time. My order is always waiting for me and not only is it accurate, it is picture perfect meaning it isn't half full or with barely any granola etc.
