Well I ordered my acai bowl online because I assumed it would expedite the time spent going to pick up my lunch, but I actually spent more time waiting at this location than if I would’ve driven to the other location in Tustin. Since I was on my lunch break I’m pressed a little for time, which why I ordered ahead. Then when I arrived they said the order wasn’t ready yet. Literally 15-20 minutes later I received my order. I’d like to note that I left my office 12 minutes prior to arriving. I don’t mind waiting a little bit, but this was not necessarily the experience I was hoping for.

I frequent this location because it’s within walking distance of my house. However, this is my first açaí bowl location choice. It always takes way longer than the estimated time after I place the order on the app and there are not a lot of ingredient choices compared to other acai bowl places.

I ordered four bowls and upon pick up, the staff just handed me two paper bags to bag them myself. I was struggling a bit trying to hold the bag open to place the bowls in, but the staff just stood on the side with no intention of helping. I’ve been to this location several time and the staffs will always ask if I needed a bag and if I say yes they would bag it for me. Same as other similar places I’ve been to. This is the first time I encountered unusually subpar service from your store.

The PBJ bowl met expectations this time compared to the last time. Plenty of fruit and looked tasty. Staff was pleasant.
