Usually when I have come to this location the staff are friendly and kind. This visit both staff seemed younger and while I had preordered a scheduled order for pickup,not one person greeted me but I know they saw me as I sat quietly for my order. The two staff proceeded to drink their drinks and were on phones while I waited before multiple minutes then I asked if my order was ready (as they were clearly not making an order). They got it out of the fridge and gave it me, not offering a bag or any greeting.
