I ordered a chocolate pb shake and because I’m allergic asked for no dates. The receipt on it says no dates and guess what, there were dates in it. Such a waste of money. Happened at Rancho mission Viejo so I reordered with you guys and now it happened again. So now I’ve paid for two and have no shake I can safely eat. The workers need to pay attention! Lucky my allergy isn’t deadly!

I ordered two smoothies (the exact same one) with no dates and sure enough they both came with dates. This is probably the third or fourth time in a row this has happened. I love this place and the workers but for some reason they can’t seem to figure out what No Dates means. Including DoorDash fees on two of the four wrong orders, I wasted well over $70 on smoothies I can’t drink because of dates.

I’ve had a variety of experiences at your store each week. The first week, I ordered over the phone and paid cash at the store with no problem.
The next week, I called and was told they won’t take my order over the phone. I was told I had to place my order online (even though I was at the store at that point) and was given a screen to order on. Then I was told I could only pay by credit card.
The next week, I ordered in person and was able to pay in cash. No one was available for a few minutes after I arrived so that wasn’t ideal either since I go on my way to work.
So every week, I never know what to expect. Also, each week I order the Protein Power Bowl and it is made inconsistently each time. It’s always good, but it’s never the same.
I hope you find this information helpful. I’d order more often but I can’t rely on the process or product from one week to the next.

I ordered ahead and it was ready ahead of time, I really appreciate it. I had the worst experience at the Sendero store which is across from my house so I go out of my way to come to this location. It’s nice that it was worth it.
