I said hello and nobody greeted me. Quality of the product was great, speed was awesome, but the customer service is non existent. Staff needs coaching on being friendly. Could be that they deal with difficult customers in Ladera, but they could still smile and be kind.

I use the Nekter App to place my orders. The app is very cumbersome and not fluid in placing an order. I believe it could be a lot smoother and a lot faster to work your way through the app to place the order.
