I order from you regularly. Last time I came in my order was not even started and I ordered it about 15 minutes prior. One girl was in the back on her cell phone and the other was nowhere to be found when I asked if my order was ready, she ran up to the machine and they were about five orders that she had not taken off the machine. Another thing I noticed is that they never even greet you when you come in or say good morning so I do not tip them unfortunately. Ladera Ranch is where I go.

Mobile- The workers wont even meet your eye when you come in to tey to locate your order. It’s like they dont want you to ask questions. Not just this once but every time.
