I love Nektar, and I'll continue to go, but this last visit I had placed my order ahead a time on the app. (1 order/item) about 10 minutes prior. I was still waiting at the store at least 15 minutes for my order. It was not busy. Three workers and finally someone asked me if I was waiting on a pick up. Not my usual experience.
