My order was not correct. When I asked them about it, they were very convinced that it was correct. I asked for no banana, add mango. There were tons of banana but no mango, as I suggested, but nobody wanted to help. I’ll rate it a 3 since my daughter likes the bowls. My wife will probably take her again but I will not.

I ordered using the mobile app, and when I came in to pick up my order, it would’ve been nice to be greeted. Other than that the order was correct, and our açai bowls were delicious. Thank you!

The service and timeliness of the bowl was great. My only complaint would be that I did not check the box to have a spoon added to my order because I keep reusable spoons with me. The spoon was on top of my order, so I felt I must take the spoon because I had to touch it to get my order. I'm guessing this is done because people that forget to check the box and need a spoon have to then ask for a spoon and that slows down the employees from preparing orders. Or, maybe the order info doesn't include that for the employee to see. I didn't look at the receipt wrapped around my order to see if it said anything about now spoon. It's a very small issue and will not stop me from placing orders at Nekter in the future. I love your product and the app is great. I hope you keep doing what you do best and if the spoon issue can be fixed, awesome! Have a great day :)

I ordered 4 bowls and a large greenie on Sat 4/21 for delivery. Only 3 bowls were delivered. I called the Ladera Ranch location several times which went to voice mail. I left a voice mail on my final attempt. The following day I drove down to the Ladera Ranch Nektar store and requested that I receive the bowl and greenie that we’re not delivered and I ordered an additional bowl. The manager said they’d honor the greenie but not the bowl that was not delivered. I cancelled my order for the additional bowl and informed the employee I would not be returning.

This location always makes the best acai bowls !

Ladera location is great! I don't always get full acai bowls at every location :) But Ladera is fantastic.

My order was done before the time it said it would be ready for pick up. The bowl was exactly how I wanted it.

The Ladera location is my preferred location. I wish all the locations had the fridge pickups like this one! Makes it much more convenient especially when the team members get really busy with in-person orders. This particular time, I really appreciated the helpfulness that the team members gave because I had ordered 2 bowls and they told me that there are bags on the side of the fridge to help me carry them out that I never knew were even there! Kudos to that male team member, he was super kind and helpful!

As always, you guys are the best! Last night I went to a “Boba Time’” place in San Bernardino and saw they also sold fruit bowls there but I was afraid to get one and be disappointed thanks to how good you make the fruit bowls for me. Keep up the good work!
