Ladera Ranch Nekter is my local location that I frequent. Normally my experience is pleasant with happy customer service and delicious bowls. Today I experienced an employee being very snooty and commenting on something her coworker did “wrong” with a bad attitude. The other employee seemed disheartened and a little embarrassed. I felt bad for her. If this is being done in front of customers then how is she treating others in private. My bowl was subpar. The açaí was very liquidy and little fruit toppings. The bowl wasn’t filled up with açaí as much as it normally is also.

The bowls aren’t filled to the top. It’s a good 2-3 inches from the lid.

We are frequent customers. The last 3 times we have ordered we have received less product and my last order was missing an ingredient. I took pictures of how low the actual Acai portion of my bowl was because it was such a significant difference.

I normally love your smoothies and bowls, but this experience was the exception. I ordered the peanut butter, chocolate smoothie with extra protein and it came out like sludge and it was actually almost a little bit warm. I actually had to eat it with a spoon because it wouldn’t **** through a straw. I’ve ordered it this way from several locations and I’ve never had the problem before. Just wanted to pass along the feedback.

I ordered ahead and picked up at the time stated. Once home, I realized my smoothie and bowl are extremely liquidy (the consistency of juice) and the bowl is almost impossible to eat because it’s more like a soup, but then has chunks of fruit or granola. We’ve ordered pick up in the past and never had this problem. I’ve added more ice and the smoothie when I got home so it’s not so thin, but not the quality I have ever experienced from your store.

I've noticed that the last several times that I ordered the acai banana berry bowl, it's been on the runny side. I usually order via app & pick up shortly after and I've also ordered inside the store & noticed that it's not as thick. It's probably like a smoothie consistency but it's not thick at all. So in that respect I've been very disappointed. When you dig your spoon into the bowl, I don't think it should be that soft. Maybe it's the quality control issue with the staff.

Why would anyone wait 30 minutes for you to make a fruit bowl? You need more employees

Today was excellent. I ordered ahead and my order was ready on time without any mistakes. The quality was very good and the PB Bowl I ordered was the same as it has always been - very good. Because of the high pricing for your products I think it would be a great marketing tool to put each bowl order in a small Nektar bag with a spoon and napkin inside. The bag could be reused as a lunch bag, mini tote, or a gift bag.

the people here are good, but the slowness of service is kind of absurd. I understand when it's busy, and it quite often is. But I walked in with one person waiting for food and no one in line. It took over 10 minutes to complete my Acai bowl. As far as I could tell, they were actively making two orders.. mine and the people already waiting. This isn't the first time this has happened either.

This is consistently the best nekter. With the best acai bowls. Other nekters water it down.
