Staff was not inviting nor acknowledge you after walking in. No greeting what so ever or a "may I help you". Not impressed with customer service at all! Hopefully my smoothies are good because if based on customer service alone, I will not revisit
The young man making my bowl did not read the order correctly - just picked out the wrong items that cause me allergic reaction rather than make a new bowl. The bowl was a mess, and he wiped the edges with a cleaning rag.
The location looked dirty. Needless to say I back sick later that night and had Gastrointestinal issues for several days.
Smoothie was underwhelming, but the service was even worse. The place was empty and it felt as if your service bothered them. First impression definitely tanked.
