5 out 5 experience today because of the great customer service from the guy (with a gold chain🤑🤑) who took my order today. There was a rush of orders and he got it done fast along with my order 😋
I usually stop by every Tuesday morning and I just want to say the gentlemen that works this shift is awesome! He always has a smile on his face even when its busy and he's also very polite. Don't see this very often anymore.
The team is really friendly. Things get done super fast and you never wait long. They nail your order every time with a smile and keep everything spotless. Great service, will definitely be back!

I’m an ardent Nékter customer and I often purchase at various locations. However, my experience at this specific location was a bit aggressive. I felt rushed to place my order although I was the only one in the store. As I waited for the order, a gentleman came to collect his order and it was then I realised that the server by nature may be this way. It immediately eroded taking it personal and rather viewing an issue that Nektar would need to possibly address.
Please train the staff to have proper customer service. This is by no means a deterrent from beignets being a customer but it was an experience I don’t like to have at any location again.

So I waited a bit before posting this and I left this location totally disappointed. Not only did she mess up my order but there was no apology, just a quick fix. She first looked at me like why are you still standing there and as another customer (who came in) made their order requesting the same thing I ordered, then it clicked to her. She just took the bowl, added the drizzle and pushed it back to me. Sigh!!!! Not a good look but I move on.
The employee was super friendly! Strawberry Shortcake Bowl was amazing! He made it on the spot while I ordered so zero wait time. Loved every bit! Coming back for sure!

Very disappointed with the service today (April 27, 2026 at 8:45 AM). I come here often to buy green juice, but the girl at the register was very rude. She told me that if I was going to order, it would be a long wait because they had a lot of orders. The tone was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service like this is not okay.
