The ordering was super easy, the employee was so nice and friendly! My only issue is, I find online order forms that, the first tip option is 15%, very annoying, and where 0 isn't an option, I feel very pressured. I myself work at Starbucks and understand customers don't always want or aren't always able to tip on takeout orders, so I just resent the implication that everyone should tip, minimum, 15% on a pickup order. This obviously is a corporate decision, not the decision of the Blue Bell location specifically, but I HATE this. Please forward this feedback to Nekter headquarters. It really turns me off and I don't want to pre-order again bc of this pressure to tip. I love Nekter, as we Starbucks employees are friendly with Nekter employees. But the tip pressuring is lame. Anyway, your employees are awesome, and the bowl I got was soooooo good and filling. I have zero complaints about the service, speed, or the actual product!
