The wait time is irritatingly long. The location is very clean and beautiful. The girl who helped me was kind. But nothing is more annoying then long waiting time. Forgot to mention the drink was good though!

Hi. My husband was there earlier today, as he does 4 -5 x's a week. And this young girl was just really rude to him. Making him wait over 20 min for his bowl. And he had also ordered a side of granola and she pretty much throw it at him. I really can't believe this is the type of people your company is hiring. I get we all can have a bad day but this type of customer service is really not acceptable.
Amazing service and delicious açaí bowls! Walked in and was greeted by the friendly team members. Ordered the açaí peanut butter bowl. Topped with granola, banana, strawberry and green apple. The bowl was loaded and delicious. Glad there is a Nekter close to my house! Will be back because the service is on point and the product is great. Thank you!
We were so excited to have a Nekter open up near us. It is so bad! The service and the juice!! I ordered 2 ginger shots at $4 a piece and got mostly lemon juice? Also, when I ordered our drinks, we said no lemon. Both LARGE drinks have lemon. This was my second order that they did this to us sans the ginger shots. Last time, asked for no lemon and they added lemonade right in front of me! I made them remake it and it still tasted like lemon? They don’t use freshly juiced lemons. They use a sugared lemon water of some sort. Oh and I can’t complain to corporate, they are privately owned. Well listen up owners, do better.. Our health and finances depend on it. So expensive. Its not real fresh squeezed juice if your pouring orange juice from a jug. You can really tell the people franchising this location are trying to cut every corner. 30 dollars for 2 drinks they should contain all fresh squeezed juices. Sad.
