Smoothie bowls are great but there is really no variety. It’s always the same 9 options. Anytime there’s a “promotion” like the pitaya bowl or raspberry bowl, it lasts a week and then we’re back to the same old options. Would be nice to be able to customize or at least get more permanent promotional items.
In store service is always fantastic, the employees are always kind and welcoming. I’ve asked for help with the app a few times as well and the in store employees were a huge help!

I love nekter! The smoothies are healthy and taste great. The power 40 shots are a great way to get an extra vitamin boost if you are feeling depleted.

I received excellent customer service via message board in response to my not receiving new member app free drink. They applied a credit and extra points within minutes of my concern. On my next visit the next day, the in store employee was kind and had great communication in timing of the 2 separate drink orders I was there to pick up. Not to mention the juice and smoothie was delicious as always. Thanks Nekter!!!
