Nekter Juice Bar - Surprise

This location needs more seating. My last visit there a manager was sitting down with another employee discussing how they can improve sales. The table they were sitting at had 4 chairs. So their work meeting that could have been done in the back or an office setting. Allowing paying customers to sit down. Instead my family was forced to sit apart from each other. This will be my last time visiting this location.

Fast and fresh! Waffacado is delicious!

I love the bowls but the customer service today at this location was not so pleasant. My husband went to pick up my order and he was standing at the counter while the ladies stood there talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge him for quite some time. Then they asked him “did you need something.” (Not hello, not what can I get for you.) He stated I’m picking up an order for Ally to which they replied “you don’t look like an Ally.” As he was walking out another patron that was there stated they weren’t very pleasant to them either.

The açaí bowls are my favorite to get and every time i come here they are done super fast and well! I’ve always loved coming here since they opened!

I’ve become a big fan of Nékter! Their smoothie bowls are always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. I love that there are plenty of healthy options, and everything tastes like it was made with care. The fruit is fresh, the toppings are generous, and the portions are just right. The staff has always been friendly, and my orders are consistently prepared quickly. If you’re looking for a delicious, refreshing, and healthy meal or snack, I definitely recommend giving Nékter a try!

I eat Nektar 3 times a week. Today the peanut butter drizzle was rancid. I hope I don’t get sick. I didn’t have time to return the store. I had to throw most of my bowl away.

This location seems to have made some great changes in the last year to two. Diana has been such a warm smiling face every time I’ve come in lately. There was a time in the past I would avoid this location because of specific employees but more recently I’ve been met by Diana. She always makes such a great impression, which really helps increase my desire to return to this location. THANK YOU Diana:)

Positive experience! Staff is always polite and well-mannered. I wish there was a way to use the rewards cards I always receive in the app.

If you're in Surprise, Arizona, shopping at Prasada, or traveling Loop 303 between Grand Avenue and I 10, do yourself a favor and stop at Nektar Smoothie and Juice Bar which is in the Costco Plaza near SE Corner of Loop 303 and the Waddell Road exit. I used to go to one of the big national smoothie chains here in Surprise AZ, but not anymore. Nektar makes fresh smoothies, juices, and smoothie bowls with quality ingredients, including hand blended cashews and other unique recipes that taste far better than the typical frozen fruit and ice blend. Even better, they're locally owned and operated as local owner and manager, not another giant corporate chain corporate store or "gutted by private" equity food service company with all "shrinkification" issues like some of the other "smoothie places". You can also order ahead online and skip the line. WOW click friendly service and they even "thanked me" for my business. A This is my go to smoothie and juice bar in Surprise, Arizona, and I highly recommend it. Five stars.
