One of my PBJ smoothies was not made correctly and barely had any of the strawberry jelly

I've had nekter twice now. Once I tried a smoothie, this time I got a green juice. I'm giving it four stars for the health benefits. They aren't your typical smoothie shop. The smoothies are watery and the flavors aren't that great. I prefer robeks but nekter is great for the nutrition profile. They are a bit pricey. Good if you're healthy conscious but if you're the Jamba juice type you won't really like them.

Best Acai bowl Just tried tropical smoothie and that acai bowl was a amazing too. Love being able to order on the app. It was a little busy that day. It took a little longer, but it was no big deal after it was all said and done when I was eating the açai bowl it was perfection.

Rude customer service. Wait time and order accuracy needs to improve. It's ridiculous to wait 20 minutes when the store is empty. 2 people came after me and got their orders. I was told my smoothie was taking longer due to a trainee and it was still wrong. Front employee didn't seem to care.

Overall unhappy. I usually never have any issues with this Nekter location. Every time I’ve done an online order from here I ask for 2 extra cups with lids and straws to spilt the smoothies between my children when I go inside to pick up my order. This time the lady told me it would cost .50 cents a cup. That’s never been the case and I told her they usually never charge me for cups. She said that they have to ring it up on the register as a “split cup”. So I had to go back to the car and grab my wallet to grab my debit card. When she charged me on the register she rang it up as “strawberry jam” x 2. I felt like she lied to me being she didn’t ring it up at as ”split cup” like she said they have to. Like I said, I’ve never been charged before except this one time and she didn’t ring it up as a split cup. If nekter does charge for split cups, that should be a specific type of charge. Can you please confirm with me if you guys charge for extra empty cups?
