I received excellent customer service via message board in response to my not receiving new member app free drink. They applied a credit and extra points within minutes of my concern. On my next visit the next day, the in store employee was kind and had great communication in timing of the 2 separate drink orders I was there to pick up. Not to mention the juice and smoothie was delicious as always. Thanks Nekter!!!

I love the smoothies and juice very much but I do get frustrated with the store a little because they don’t have napkins or spoons out to grab on your way out. It is annoying to have to ask for them. In addition the staff is not very welcoming or friendly. I think they could be more cheerful and upbeat. I think it would be nice to be acknowledged with a smile.

The girl that made my smoothie didn’t know how to make it. The smoothie literally tasted like just cashew milk it was gross I spent $10 on a drink I didn’t even drink cause I couldn’t stand the taste. I like there smoothies and bowls I usually go there but that was the worst smoothie I’ve ever tasted !!
