Normally love this place. But this was the second time my drink tasted like ice. The first time I went back. This time I didn’t due to time constraints. Very bummed that for the price I pay, my drink tasted like nothing

I love coming here and come here a few times a week. Consistency is at about 80 percent. The smoothies are sometimes a little off. I went in and there were no waffles available this time. I love this place, but there are a few people who work here, who have bad customer service.

The smoothies are always good. I had a little trouble putting my online order in, but was able to complete it & my order was ready when I arrived. The staff is always friendly.

It was good. The app makes it easy to order and pick up at this location due to the parking situation. Parking was good during the timeframe of my order pick-up. I ordered an Acai bowl. I requested peanut butter. The Nektar team mixed the peanut butter with the acai mix. Hopefully, on my next order, the team can add the peanut butter to the side of the bowl and not mix it.

Normally, my experience is great, but today was a bit disappointing.
My online order wasn’t ready at the time it was supposed to be. When I arrived, I waited several minutes before anyone helped me, and my drinks still hadn’t been made. I ended up waiting even longer.
While I usually don’t mind a short delay, I had to get to work and this made me 10 minutes late ( and I work 3 minutes away). My drinks were finally ready 16 minutes after the promised time.

It was great & ready earlier than expected. Only downside Which isn’t really a downside but other locations always give us the extra drink in another cup. Since we add ice, it doesn’t typically all fit so we get the remainder in another cup. We didn’t get that which kinda bummed me out, but I still absolutely love my drink?

I’ve never had an issue with Nektar before until now. I made an online order of the pb health nut. When I picked up the drink and started to try it I noticed how watery it was, which it usually isn’t. Then halfway through there was a big chunk of something in it. I kept drinking it and when I got home I opened it to see a chunk of ice still left inside. Hope everyone else’s drinks are thoroughly blended and not super watery.
