I've submitted numerous complaints about this location and it seems nothing has been done to correct issues with my time orders not being ready and the way bowls and juices are prepared. Today once again, I was provided with a $12.99 protein acai bowl that was almost half filled, ¼ banana sliced, ½ strawberry sliced and 5 blueberries were my toppings. And to top it off the acai mix was melted and runny. You claim on your replies that you are sorry and that the issues will be corrected, but unfortunately none of this is true. I truly will tell you that you've lost me as a customer.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Nektar Juice Bar. What should have been a simple order turned into a drawn-out argument because the barista didn’t seem to understand how their own app worked. Instead of trying to clarify or resolve the issue, she became visibly irritated and directed that frustration toward me. When I tried to ask questions and figure things out, I was met with attitude and dismissive behavior. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. At one point, she even stopped engaging altogether, closed the window, and made faces, which only made the situation worse. Customer service is a huge part of any business, especially in food service, and this experience completely missed the mark. I didn’t feel respected or helped in any way. Definitely one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

Erik was amazing. He provided great suggestions. The juice was top tier. Erik provided exceptional customer service.

Great juice was delicious

It was not good this time. The celery juice I ordered was blended not juiced. It was thick like a smoothie. Couldn’t even drink the large I ordered.

I had a really bad experience at Nektar Juice Bar recently. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff (two girls) were rude, dismissive, and made it seem like helping customers was a burden. No greeting, no smile — just attitude. On top of that, my order took way too long to prepare. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple GINGER SHOT, and when I politely asked for an update, the response was curt and unhelpful. There were barely any other customers, so there was no excuse for the delay. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I came in hoping for a quick and refreshing pick-me-up, but left frustrated and disappointed. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service and basic professionalism.

I've ordered in person and online viz the website, and I specifically appreciate that there is no convenience fee to order online! The quality of the items are great, you can tell its natural and good for you. The staff in the whittier location (only been to this location) are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is small but has some seating to wait, but it's clean! Also the price may seem kinda high but the regular size green apple juice did not fit in my cup holder because it was too big, so yiu get your money's worth for sure! If you don't finish your drinks all the way I definitely recommend the small or even the mini, its a perfect size!

I just wish you would go back to the old way we used to scan for our rewards because sometime it’s difficult for the customers & employees and they have to help the customers sometime, it can be time-consuming, but other than that, I’ll give you 10 stars across the board🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Always great juices and smoothies. Wish your all was more user friendly. With recent update not as easy to use.

Juice was good but the bowl was not the right one. There was no peanut butter and it was extremely juicy by the time we picked up.

The order was not ready at the pick up time. The store was not as cold as one would expect for a juice bar.

Service was great!!! My juice was ready by the time I got here. Staff was very friendly.
