I was surprised that I had to place my order from my phone (while I was at the counter) and pay thru my phone. It longer than expected after I had already placed my order with the person behind the counter. Too much of a hassle.

My custom bowl was made wrong. There were no bananas for my third topping and they drowned the entire bowl with a huge layer of almond butter. This was my first order from Nekter that was not enjoyable.
