Need more workers The poor girl is working by herself and taking orders and getting backed up. This doesn’t make sense why they don’t have more help. Need to improve customer service and less waiting time

This business used to be my go-to spot for quality shakes, but the past month has been disappointing—my health nut protein shakes with extra almond butter taste watered down and lack the expected grainy, nutty texture I pay for. I’ve given plenty of chances as a regular, but service issues like unanswered phones add to the frustration.
I hope the owner takes customer feedback seriously to turn things around—wishing you the best moving forward! In the meantime, consider replacing this with a stronger option near Eos Gym. Thanks for listening

Service was fast since I ordered in the app. But my drink did not test correctly for being the Pink Flamingo.
I was a bit disappointed I wished i had tasted it at location.

I ordered a mini drink for myself and a small drink for my husband. I received a small for my drink and a mini for my husband. Since I was in a rush, I didn’t want to wait for it to be fixed. The drinks aren’t consistent. I always order the same drinks and it’s not always the same. Sometimes it’s thick while other times it’s more drinkable. I get more of a consistent experience me at Tru Bowl.
