I go pretty often honestly the gym is super close and convenient I’ve had a bad experience my last couple of times which sucks because nektar is probably the cleanest place as far as ingredients. I thought maybe just a bad day for an employee one day but literally happen every single time after. Employees take so damn long to even acknowledge you’re in the store and then when they do it like bothers them. Maybe an extra person on a shift instead of the usual two. Seems like too much work for your employees I’m sure regulars are a big thing at this location and out of all the times I’ve visited I’ve felt welcomed 1x and for some reason the guys gave me owner vibes. Could be wrong but if all employees made your guest feel as welcomed as that guy you guys would be so packed all the time. Maybe it’s the online that kills them? Idk I’ve legit thought of every possible reason they would be mad to make a smoothie 🫠 Which is crazy to me because it’s never packed 🫤 oh well I guess I’m gonna still go. lol

I've ordered in person and online viz the website, and I specifically appreciate that there is no convenience fee to order online! The quality of the items are great, you can tell its natural and good for you. The staff in the whittier location (only been to this location) are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The place is small but has some seating to wait, but it's clean! Also the price may seem kinda high but the regular size green apple juice did not fit in my cup holder because it was too big, so yiu get your money's worth for sure! If you don't finish your drinks all the way I definitely recommend the small or even the mini, its a perfect size!

I ordered a create your own smoothie with pineapple, mango, strawberry, and banana. Twice now it just tastes like banana and I don’t like that. :(

A bit in patient to be honest and i'm usually understanding. My order was supposed to be ready at a certain time which was not. I had to run out look for better parking and when I came back I felt others got their order before me.

My experience with the staff is always phenomenal. My juices are great. I love the toxin flush. I just wish you would go back to the old way we used to scan for our rewards because sometime it’s difficult for the customers & employees and they have to help the customers sometime, it can be time-consuming, but other than that, I’ll give you 10 stars across the board🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
