There is one staff member at this location who is always kind of rude. Just says "yeah," and acts like I am inconveniencing her by picking up my smoothie. One time I asked to double-check that my smoothie had vegan protein powder and she just said, "if that's what the order said" with a lot of attitude (I am allergic to milk proteins). I do not know her name but she has reddish blonde hair and multiple ear piercings. The last time I interacted with her was 2/21/24 around 915 am. The other staff members that I have interacted with are great.

Service was fine, but I was extremely bothered that my pickup order was handed to me in a bag. A smoothie, in a bag? I kindly said I didn't need it assuming the associate would fold it back up and save it for someone else, but she said "ok" and threw it in the trash. Come on, you guys can do better than this. Be good for our bodies, but also the environment. That was totally wasteful and entirely unnecessary to be giving smoothies out in a bag.

The only complaint is the website could use some work. Specifically the map used to find the location you want (which is the first thing you do), it is very glitchy and hard to use.

My smoothie taste like water and the employees working don’t say a word when you walk in

I've visited several locations in the Valley and this location doesn't seem to be as friendly as other locations. I visit the Tatum and Bell location most often, only due to convenience of the route to work. There used to be a young guy that worked there that was friendly. I haven't seen him in a while tho.
I have a $2 off any smoothie or juice (24 oz or larger), and I attempted to use it today via a mobile order and my app said I was not able to use it. Not sure why. I wanted to ask when I picked up my order, but the girl that "slid" me my drink across the counter disappeared so quick, I didn't get a chance to. I felt like I was inconveniencing her for being there.
Perhaps the additional 10 minutes or so to visit the location on Scottsdale Rd and Butherus area is worth it to get friendly service.

The smoothies aren’t mixed as well as they are at the Desert Ridge location. They have a gritty feel and also taste different, perhaps less sweet. The team is very friendly though!
