I have literally bought hundreds of toxin flush smoothies. Today’s tasted very off and didn’t fill the top of the cup. Now that I let it sit for a bit after drinking about half the juice, I noticed the bottom part is red?!? Very odd, I don’t know what was made wrong, but I will literally never go back to this location. I had placed my order online as well and with no other customers in the store, the person working didn’t start my order until I arrived. Assume he was just hanging out in the back killing time. Not a good experience.

I have been coming to this nektar since they opened the doors. I order the small smoothie bowls for myself and my family all the time and lately my orders are always wrong. And today I ordered and all 3 of my bowls had bad brown fruit on top of them if I’m spending my money for fresh fruit that’s what I’m expecting to receive.

Great, we ordered a couple smoothies after our workout. The gal was nice and had them ready upon our arrival.
I was disappointed at the BOGO deal. It said our order did not qualify. I wasn't sure why not, we ordered 2 smoothies.

Juicer broken down a half hour before close. Employee took out the trash and did not wash hands afterwards before making smoothie. Smoothie did not have enough liquid base and viscosity was too thick. Employees need training!
I enjoy the smoothies I receive, however the consistency of the smoothie isn’t always the same depending on the location. Same goes with the staff. The Tatum/Bell location in Phoenix is closer to my house but sometimes I drive to Desert Ridge because the staff there is significantly friendlier. The ones at Tatum and Bell always hide in the back office, don’t smoke, are not welcoming, and barely speak. It’s usually the same 4 employees I see working there.
