I saw a worker pick up an apple from the dirty floor while making a juice. After picking up the apple, he continued making the juice with the same gloves and did not change them. The gloves that touched the floor were still used to prepare the drink.

I went in yesterday for a juice, but the machine was down. The staff members were very apologetic and friendly. My son is sick today, so I went back to get him a smoothie for dinner. Great customer service brought me back.

Great juices and like to get the buzzy carrot juice when I am fighting off a cold

I have literally bought hundreds of toxin flush smoothies. Today’s tasted very off and didn’t fill the top of the cup. Now that I let it sit for a bit after drinking about half the juice, I noticed the bottom part is red?!? Very odd, I don’t know what was made wrong, but I will literally never go back to this location. I had placed my order online as well and with no other customers in the store, the person working didn’t start my order until I arrived. Assume he was just hanging out in the back killing time. Not a good experience.

This Nekter Juice Bar makes great smoothies and is fast and efficient!

Juicer broken down a half hour before close. Employee took out the trash and did not wash hands afterwards before making smoothie. Smoothie did not have enough liquid base and viscosity was too thick. Employees need training!

I’ve been under the weather for the past week and was craving some fresh juice. I placed an online order with a pick up time of 4pm and asked my son to grab it on his way home from work. Well he ended up working a bit after his shift and picked up my order 30 min past the pick up time. I was expecting him to bring me a warm juice but to my surprise it was cold! Whether they keep all orders cold until picked up or only those that are late, I’m not sure but I was impressed that they kept it cold. As small as this gesture may have been their attention to detail made my day. Happy customer.
