Vanessa's attention to detail and both of their friendly demeanor make the experience exceptional. If you're looking for great service and tasty, healthy treats, this is the place to be. I've visited several locations in the Valley and this location doesn't seem to be as friendly as other locations. I visit the Tatum and Bell location most often, only due to convenience of the route to work. There used to be a young guy that worked there that was friendly. I haven't seen him in a while tho.
I have a $2 off any smoothie or juice (24 oz or larger), and I attempted to use it today via a mobile order and my app said I was not able to use it. Not sure why. I wanted to ask when I picked up my order, but the girl that "slid" me my drink across the counter disappeared so quick, I didn't get a chance to. I felt like I was inconveniencing her for being there.
Perhaps the additional 10 minutes or so to visit the location on Scottsdale Rd and Butherus area is worth it to get friendly service.

Typically it’s great.
Recently the bowl is filled to the bottom of the ‘juice bar’ on the container logo. That is definitely short. Not worth the price.
And the order is incorrect 2 of 5 orders. Ex: Ordered no apple on top. Add pineapple. I get apples and no pineapple. Or no agave or granola - with no order adjustments. My concern is the amount getting less and less and inconsistent.
When I asked if I could review what was shown on their end so I can compare to the app, the young employees were dismissive, rolling eyes, not getting a receipt - when I asked about pineapple - just long eye contact, like I was a huge annoyance. The boy, saying it is ‘how it’s supposed to be’, laughed and said “bruh”.
the girl has been this way prior. 2 times. This is why I am now sending feedback. I love the company and the food is perfect for my health issues. Location is super convenient. **The manager has been beyond kind and helpful.
The item issue could have been an easy fix. And I’d feel great to continue ordering here. But the customer service is not good. It was bad. Treated like a inconvenience and well, … like I am stupid. I didn’t feel great leaving there.
