I enjoyed the smoothie. It bothers me that even the order screen on your phone asks you to tip.

My smoothie did not have a lot of flavor. My family ordered açaí bowels and they also stated no flavor. Watered down

I wish I could give this place six stars! First, when I walked in I was happy that it didn’t have some overwhelming bleach smell that a lot of other smoothie chains tend to have. I don’t know what they had just made, but it had left the entire store smelling sweet like fresh cut fruit. Secondly, I was really happy with the service I received. Although, they were slightly busier than I had hoped, the bustling juicers made sure to acknowledge me while I waited. Then, when it was my turn to order I really appreciated the juicer’s attentiveness and patience. The male juicer took his time to answer my questions about the menu. Rather than making me feel bad about potentially holding up other customers, he was very kind and personable. Which brings me to the most important part: the smoothie! This had to be the best mango smoothie I’ve ever had. I loved that it was sweet from both the mango and the agave. More importantly, there was little to no pulp which usually ruins a drink for me. Instead the drink was smooth and full of flavor. My favorite part had to be the little chunk of mango the barista had left on the top of my drink. Overall my experience was amazing and I’ll definitely be making this my go to place!!

Great location and friendly crew. Ordered the Dragon Fruit Bowl and Mango Delight Smoothie (w/ coconut water instead of cashew milk) - both of which are faves! Lots of variety for healthy and tasty juices, smoothies, and bowls. Dining area and restrooms both clean.

I ordered my smoothies on the app, which was easy, and they were ready before the promised time, which was a plus. The only issue I had is that my smoothie contained a dozen or so very hard pieces of something - perhaps a date pit? that had been blended into the smoothie. Each time I felt a piece of the pit in my mouth, I would have to take it out because I didn't want to chew it or swallow it.

The smoothie was delicious. Staff was friendly. Every Nekter location I’ve visited has been lovely!

I love that Nekter opened up a location near me. I have the app and get points every time I order something. I often take juices or smoothies or a gift card to clients instead of coffee. Thank you for the great products you offer and the easy ways to get them :-)

Everything about this transaction was smooth. I don’t like it when all of a sudden something I like is not available anymore. Pineapple matcha smoothie!

Smoothie was tasteless and too much ice

The app was easy to work. The staff was friendly. My smoothie was ready when I got there. The only thing that would be better is if I had a choice to do 1/2 the agave on the app or light agave. Thanks

Ordered two acai bowls and one smoothie (pickup order). The smoothie was good but our açaí bowls were liquid, not the frozen consistency they should be.

We visited this Nekter for the first time ever and I highly recommend it! We were greeted with friendly staff when we walked in and served immediately. I ordered the PB mocha and it tasted great. I was hoping that I would have another great experience here so we went back a few days later and I ordered the same thing. A different employee made my smoothie and it still tasted just as good as the first time. Before we left another employee asked us how the service was and how our smoothies tasted? It turns out he was the owner. He was very professional with us and pleased to hear we had such a great time. Based off the ratings and responses to both the positive and negative feedback above, I can truly tell this Nekter is passionate about its customers. Again, highly recommended!
