The app was easy to work. The staff was friendly. My smoothie was ready when I got there. The only thing that would be better is if I had a choice to do 1/2 the agave on the app or light agave. Thanks

We visited this Nekter for the first time ever and I highly recommend it! We were greeted with friendly staff when we walked in and served immediately. I ordered the PB mocha and it tasted great. I was hoping that I would have another great experience here so we went back a few days later and I ordered the same thing. A different employee made my smoothie and it still tasted just as good as the first time. Before we left another employee asked us how the service was and how our smoothies tasted? It turns out he was the owner. He was very professional with us and pleased to hear we had such a great time. Based off the ratings and responses to both the positive and negative feedback above, I can truly tell this Nekter is passionate about its customers. Again, highly recommended!
There is one staff member at this location who is always kind of rude. Just says "yeah," and acts like I am inconveniencing her by picking up my smoothie. One time I asked to double-check that my smoothie had vegan protein powder and she just said, "if that's what the order said" with a lot of attitude (I am allergic to milk proteins). I do not know her name but she has reddish blonde hair and multiple ear piercings. The last time I interacted with her was 2/21/24 around 915 am. The other staff members that I have interacted with are great.

The bowl was runny and I picked up on-time. I have provided this feedback before and have had a similar experience at two other locations. I tried a competitor last week just down the street and the difference was amazing and their version so much better because it was not runny. I’m a supporter but that gets more difficult when making a choice of where to go for my açaí bowl.
