Drink was good and ready on time (ordered thru app). I go to several different locations yet no matter where I go, I feel like the customer service is meh. Rarely does anyone smile and they just seem to call out a name and set the drink on the counter.

I love that Nekter opened up a location near me. I have the app and get points every time I order something. I often take juices or smoothies or a gift card to clients instead of coffee. Thank you for the great products you offer and the easy ways to get them :-)

Dirty phone on cutting board? Really? Seems like a huge health violation. I also stood at the counter for 5 minutes and didn’t get acknowledged at all. Ended up leaving. Don’t want contaminated bowl anyways!
