Love the healthy juice bar and açaí bowls 😊 Anias did a great job at checkout 👍

Came in on Saturday, no one in front of us and managed to wait over 20 minutes to get a smoothie and a juice. Watched multiple people walk in, order, and get served, after we had already ordered and paid. When I asked the lady working at the front for an update on our order, I got “we’re still working on it” and a lackluster “sorry about that” when I mentioned that it had been over 15 minutes at that point. It was bad experience overall, which is too bad because I liked Nektar and now I won’t be coming back.

Juice was made incorrectly and the staff was not willing to remake it. Used the go to this location often l, but in the past few months the service has been awful. Will not go to this location again.

I have never written a Google review before, and I am a Nekter regular in Scottsdale, Chandler, and Tempe......ALL locations. They actually say hello at these locations. Some of them call me by name....they are actually kind....have great vibes, have smiles. I have been at this Warner location 3 times. My green juice was fine, but my gosh, the vibes here are AWFUL. The first time, I relayed my excitement re: having the oats, as there is only one other location in the valley that carries oats. I drove 10 extra minutes for the oats and my green juice..... apparently my happy comment was dumb...it seems that no conversations allowed here, but employee eye-rolls are definitely prevalent ....cannot aptly describe the facial expression I received. I have been twice since, and.....there is no welcome. The customer service does not exist....no joke, it feels HOSTILE in here. No response to my own, initiated hello. I felt guilty for BOTHERING them by coming in. I have never, ever experienced anything like this. Three times is not the charm. I will follow the vibe, and never bother them again.

I love that there's a new Nekter around. Definitely a good place to get a helathy boost after you've had one too many burgers :-). The place is clean and the staff were very friendly. A definite favorite for any Nekter/Juice lover.
