Left absolutely disgusted and without ordering. I walk in with my son who just had his teeth worked on, with his heart set a smoothie. I planned on getting myself a bowl. A Woman with her children are at the counter ordering. One little girl is placed on the counter in a little skirt (maybe 6 years old) scooting her bottom all over the counter. At first I ignore it hoping the Mom will take her off the counter or cashier will ask her to. I go into use the restroom (which is a glorified dungeon) hoping when I get out maybe the situation had been handled. Mean time my son is still in line behind the Woman and her children. When I come out the small girl is still on the counter, acting up, scooting on the counter and then pulls her feet up with her dirty shoes and starts rubbing them all over the counter. I quietly said "now the shoes on the counter?" Mom hears me and looks at her daughter and says "you need to get off the counter" but doesn't pick her up off the counter or even try. The child is acting up talking back majority of the time demanding "a large" etc. Im looking at the cashier in shock no one does anything. Told my son I was sorry but I couldn't in good faith spend my money there let alone eat anything from there. We left and went to Jeremiahs italian ice on the other side of the parking lot. Won't be back to this location ever. Which is a bummer because my son enjoyed getting smoothies from there after the dentist. I wish I had taken a photo but I was over it. This was at 3:25-3:30 pm on Friday August 14th. Clearly a health code violation and absolutely disgusting.
Absolutely my favorite place to go to , I eat the bowls atleast 4 times a week, I also recommend to everyone...

Annika gave such wonderful customer service! I ordered something that usually has granola but they were out. She was really kind and sorry about it, made sure I was happy with the swap before making my order. Her genuine kindness turned what could've been annoying into a great visit. Staff like Annika is why people keep coming back. Thanks for the great service!

I always make a point to visit when I can. Obsessed with the açaí peanut butter bowl!!! Got a free sample of the buzz. Loved it!! Quick service and big thanks to Sham for walking me through all the menu options :) Definitely coming back!!

Wanted something quick and semi-healthy for breakfast. Think this was my first solo time here - been to a location before with my daughter but didn't get anything. Decided to try the Berry Shortcake Waffles 🧇 🫐 🍓 . Took it to my car to eat and read but when I opened it the cream was this weird light blue color all over. Thought - what is this? Didn't look like the menu photo at all. Didn't feel like going back in to ask so I just ate it anyway. Turns out I had the right order, just visual shock. The weird-looking cream actually tasted amazing though. I normally don't eat dairy but these waffles had me. Even though it looked like too much cream, it was exactly the right amount for each bite. Without it the waffles would probably be dry. Plus the whole thing was super inexpensive, which was great. Might go back and try the other waffle options: Go Bannanas 🍌 Slam Jam, and Waffacado 🥑 🧇 . Wish this was closer to home honestly but it's worth the trip. Adding the menu photo so you can see the huge difference. Would you have thought they got your order wrong too? It's kinda funny because it was delicious. 😋 😄
