Left absolutely disgusted and without ordering. I walk in with my son who just had his teeth worked on, with his heart set a smoothie. I planned on getting myself a bowl. A Woman with her children are at the counter ordering. One little girl is placed on the counter in a little skirt (maybe 6 years old) scooting her bottom all over the counter. At first I ignore it hoping the Mom will take her off the counter or cashier will ask her to. I go into use the restroom (which is a glorified dungeon) hoping when I get out maybe the situation had been handled. Mean time my son is still in line behind the Woman and her children. When I come out the small girl is still on the counter, acting up, scooting on the counter and then pulls her feet up with her dirty shoes and starts rubbing them all over the counter. I quietly said "now the shoes on the counter?" Mom hears me and looks at her daughter and says "you need to get off the counter" but doesn't pick her up off the counter or even try. The child is acting up talking back majority of the time demanding "a large" etc. Im looking at the cashier in shock no one does anything. Told my son I was sorry but I couldn't in good faith spend my money there let alone eat anything from there. We left and went to Jeremiahs italian ice on the other side of the parking lot. Won't be back to this location ever. Which is a bummer because my son enjoyed getting smoothies from there after the dentist. I wish I had taken a photo but I was over it. This was at 3:25-3:30 pm on Friday August 14th. Clearly a health code violation and absolutely disgusting.
