I ordered 3 bowls using the app and when I went to pick it up they said someone else must have taken my order. They asked if I'm sure I didn't use Doordash, which I'm sure (don't have Doordash). The manager came out, printed my ticket and then walked back without an, "I'm sorry that happened" or any ETA for how long it would take to remake them... she didn't say anything other than when I asked if she'd like to see my order I had it up in the app and she just said "no, I have it". I would think an ETA or apology was the least she could say. The other girl originally at the counter did apologize when she handed me the order.

I love your smoothies, açaí bowls, & skip. However, my recent experience was subpar. I ordered skoop online & the site indicated the order will be ready at 1:51 pm. I arrived at 1:55 pm & ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order despite asking about it several times to different employees it’s status (looked like there was a shift change & it was a bit crazy in the back). Eventually I got my order & it was great. However, it was only after several people who have placed bowl & smoothie orders in store had received their order before I received mine. I just don’t understand why it took so long to scoop some ice cream & put strawberries on top when I had been waiting in store for over 20 minutes. The skoop was great but definitely not worth waiting nearly half an hour for since I placed my order online
