I went to this place for the first time this week and I was disappointed :(. The manager at this location, in Hyde park maybe shouldn’t be regulating things. My order was wrong, definitely didn’t look as good or as much quantity compared to the pictures on here. She forgot to add something to my order even though it was confirmed. Then I had to pay extra for HER forgetfulness. Then to put the icing on the cake. I ordered to-go but the worker acted as if I was not allowed to have a top for my container……. A top. I was surprised she was the manager, she may need higher management to assist her frequently. For the prices, I should not have so much of an inconvenience in a matter of a 10-15 min transaction. For this to be a nice location I’ll never come here again.

The girls here are rude and don’t listen. They got my order wrong, twice after spending $45,
And then when I let them know that’s not what I ordered they told me I still have to pay for what I ACTUALLY wanted.
Then the blonde girl told me “I’ll correct it for you this time but I can’t do this for you all the time”, insinuating, that I am going to come back here, and “do it again”.
To top it off, they couldn’t give me a top to go on my Togo order…. Worst service I’ve gotten since visiting the city.

The person in question has been with us from the start when we opened nearly 2 years ago. I previously was a high school teacher for 16 years and taught her so I know her very well and trust in her. I think this all must have been a big misunderstanding as she is an awesome person and employee and our customers love her! I was not there but she did call me very upset about how she was treated as well and that has never happened before. Again, thanks for taking the time to email me as we will talk through this incident and work with our employees to use this as a learning experience! Safe travels home with your family.

Great! Easy to order online and pick up. No wait. I would have it more, but the price is a little more than what I like to spend on a regular basis.

It was average. First had to reach out to CS to have my account setup. Then ordered my first smoothie on the app while sitting in the parking lot. 45 min later it was ready despite telling the team I was on site. Not busy just no one at the store front for walk in business.
